We’re looking for a seasoned transformation manager to guide top-tier clients through their digital and organizational transformation journeys.
Requirements
- Translate business strategies into actionable digital and organizational transformation roadmaps and ensure implementation readiness.
- Lead transformation programs and initiatives, managing budgets, planning and scope.
- Conduct contextual and trend research to understand business and user needs.
- Design customer-centric value propositions and high-level solution concepts.
- Build business cases and assess financial feasibility of initiatives.
- Facilitate co-creation workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coach client and internal teams on new ways of working and organizational change.
- Align and report to C-level stakeholders and governance bodies.
- Monitor change readiness, risks, dependencies, and benefit realization.
