Director of Production

The Director of Production is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of live event programs, from strategy and creative development to onsite execution and post-event reconciliation. This role requires a senior leader with experience in live event production, agency environments, or similar settings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in live event production, agency environments, or similar settings.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale programs and cross-functional teams with confidence and clarity.
• Strong financial management skills, including budget creation and oversight.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments.
