Job Description
Acts as primary contact with client, manages client requests, and follows up to ensure client needs are met. Also responsible for managing client reports, planning warehouse layout, and assisting with new client implementation requirements.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to drive a forklift and become certified
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
- High school diploma or GED/Bachelor's degree
- 3 to 5 years' experience or combination experience and education
