The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategic account acquisition and revenue generation, building a pipeline, winning high-value customers, and delivering measurable commercial impact across air, ocean, and integrated logistics solutions.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of successful business development experience within freight forwarding or logistics
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding new business revenue targets
- Experience in airfreight, ocean freight, and integrated logistics solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and executive presence
- Ability to operate effectively within a multinational, matrix environment
