Job Description
The Client Service Specialist - 2nd Shift will respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints, and resolve issues with orders, delivery dates or service. They will also resolve client complaints, expediting corrections or adjustments, and follow up to ensure resolution.
