We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent audit skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. They will also have a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 or more years of related work experience.
Requirements
- Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
- Communicates and coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
- Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and quality audits results.
- Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for all accounts and documents the results in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Interacts with supervisors to help identify trends, processes, or people that require corrective action.
- Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion.
