Job Description
The Material Handler II position involves sign off of bill of lading, cross checking packing list, picking, put away, working on challenging material handling equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient distribution activities. The role requires use of various equipment, reading and following work orders, and completing paperwork. The position involves a safe work environment and maintaining quality standards. Additional responsibilities include performing housekeeping tasks, accurately and courteously loading client merchandise, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Greater than one-year of related experience
- Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
