Operations Associate

The Operations Associate is responsible for monitoring shipment status, contacting carriers and drivers, and securing shipment and carrier documentation. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED/Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Professional certification may be required in some areas
