Lead, direct and manage site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards, and manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum seven years related experience required
- Minimum six years of industry experience required
- Minimum five years supervisory experience required
- Professional certification may be required in this position
- Computer Literate
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications
- Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
