Job Description
Coordinate and support customers in the sales process, recommend pricing strategies, and develop solutions to support client requirements.
Requirements
- Support internal/external customers in the sales process
- Recommend pricing strategies and shipping solutions
- Develop solutions to support client requirements in RFQ/Spot bid
- Develop and oversee pricing processes and policies
- Manage, develop, coordinate, and optimize carrier relationships
- Lead or assist in problem resolution between accounts and carriers
- Assist in the efforts to confirm committed capacity, negotiate carrier contracts and rates
- Collects competitive intelligence, analyzes information on market trends and conditions and gauges anticipated demand
