- Maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications, and follow-up on all pending matters
- Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules
- Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints
- Train, develop, and motivate employees to peak performance and growth
- Manage the financial aspects of the department
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal personnel
- Use Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications
