Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift

Warehouse Lead responsible for directing work of team members, problem-solving, and ensuring customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion.

Requirements

• Subject Matter Expert in processes and technology applications
• Directs work of other team members
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items
• Perform inventory counts and make adjustments
• Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures
• Operates a forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment
