Warehouse Lead responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Subject Matter Expert in warehouse processes and technology applications
• Model example of company values and standards
• Directs work of other team members
• Problem solving and decision-making
• Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items
• Ensures customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately
• Perform inventory counts and make adjustments as needed
• Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures
• Delegate warehouse housekeeping duties
• Maintain compliance in all areas pertaining to Federal and State regulatory agencies
