Warehouse Lead - Second Shift

The Warehouse Lead - Second Shift is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Subject Matter Expert in processes, technology, and clients/projects
• Directs work of other team members
• Problem solving and decision-making
• Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items
• Ensures customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately
• Perform inventory counts and make adjustments
• Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures
• Delegate warehouse housekeeping duties
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulatory agencies
• Operates a forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment
• Loads and unloads materials
• Scans freight via warehouse management system
• Completes required paperwork
• Performs housekeeping tasks
