Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising warehouse operations, recruiting and managing staff, and maintaining operational reliability of warehouse equipment. They must have excellent analytical and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of warehouse work experience and 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Requirements

• Supervises planned layout of warehouse and other storage areas
• Participates in the recruitment of hourly employees
• Ensures planning, direction, scheduling, and assignment of jobs for warehouse staff
• Coordinates work activities of warehouse operations with other departments
• Maintains operational reliability of warehouse equipment
• Maintains company assets
• Handles warehouse accounting and book-keeping
• Works with electronic inventory control system
• Ensures compliance with safety and security procedures
