The Project Architect is a licensed professional who oversees the development of the design of a project and will often collaborate with a design principal or principal-in-charge along with the production of the construction documents.
Requirements
- Analyze and develop approaches to the creation of architectural design, design development and construction documents
- Review developer’s architectural documents for contractual compliance with design standards
- Provides construction administration services - overseeing the project completion
- Mentoring and directing work of graduate architects in developing solutions to technical and design detail problems
- Maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors and construction team, answer questions and provide solutions
