Job Description
CRD is seeking experienced Building Consultants, either as an experienced Builder, Building Estimator, or Building Supervisor, to provide technical guidance to clients through inspections and building reports. The role involves analyzing structural issues, interpreting building regulations, and preparing technical documentation for insurance claims. This is an opportunity for growth within a consulting space.
Requirements
- Sound technical experience in building consultancy work (2+ years)
- Excellent client relationships and communication skills
- High motivation, responsibility, sound judgement and customer focus
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Registered building practitioner (engineer, builder, inspector, etc.)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Methodical approach to time management
