Commercial Construction Superintendent(Tilt-Up Experience Required)

Commercial Construction Superintendent sought by a growing general contractor specializing in high-quality commercial construction projects in Central Florida, with base salary $100-160k + bonuses.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction management / superintendent experience with General Contractors
• Prior experience with Central Florida General Contractors
• Proven experience in Tilt-Up construction required
• Strong experience managing projects in the Central Florida market required
• Background in Commercial, Industrial, and Office construction projects
• Ability to independently run projects without reliance on a large support team
• Strong proficiency with Procore
• Fluent in English required
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read plans, schedules, and construction documents thoroughly
