As the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a family-owned home infusion pharmacy, the candidate will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring top-quality patient care while adhering to industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Valid Pharmacist license in the state of Florida
• 3-5 years of experience in the home infusion space
• Thorough understanding of USP <797> and <800> standards for sterile compounding
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing a pharmacy team
• Strong understanding of state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
