Job Description
Pharmacist in Charge oversees all aspects of home infusion pharmacy operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and full compliance with industry regulations and professional standards.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of California
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in home infusion pharmacy (preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of USP <797> and USP <800> standards for sterile compounding
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing pharmacy staff and operations
- Strong understanding of state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
