Our client is seeking a hands-on Tool & Die Lead to oversee toolroom operations and ensure tooling is built, maintained, and repaired to support production needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of tool and die experience in metal stamping or fabrication environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
