Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join a growing legal team handling claims across Georgia and South Carolina. This position offers a strong work-life balance with no billable hour requirements and a consistent Monday through Friday 9 to 5 schedule.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in Georgia or South Carolina
- Dual licensure in both states is strongly preferred
- Litigation experience required
- Ability to manage a high volume caseload independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
