Job Description
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations and the monthly close process. This role performs general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting activities while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- GAAP knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
