Sales Operations & Support Specialist role to support sales team and internal service departments, with responsibilities including CRM & Sales Operations, Administration & Maintenance of CRM system (HubSpot), Creation & Maintenance of Sales Playbooks and Documents, and Data Cleanup and Quality Assurance (GDPR-compliant).
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or study in the field of economics, sales, or a comparable qualification
- First experience in the field of sales operations, sales support, or sales
- Sovereign handling of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Analytical understanding, data affinity, and structured thinking
- Secure handling of MS Office
- Independent, reliable working style and hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
