Job Description
Provide technical and administrative support to Executives in the preparation of project documents and reports, attend project meetings, and maintain project tracking logs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the design, construction, engineering or a related services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree (Ideally in construction, architecture, engineering, finance or like industry) and/or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of software (Word, Excel, Project, Teams, OneDrive, PowerBI, Planner etc.)
- Proficient in Italian and English
