Job Description
CAA is seeking a Senior Creative (m/w/d) to join their award-winning European team in Munich, responsible for delivering high-quality strategic creative outputs across all channels, shaping and directing creative campaigns, and developing and presenting creative concepts and campaigns for brand clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a senior creative in creative agencies, partnership marketing agencies, or similar environments
- Experience across sports and entertainment and partnership marketing
- Impressive portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and ability to work across numerous marketing channels
- Confident presentation skills, verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail in German and English
- Design practitioner with a strong focus on visual world and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build new relationships quickly
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Creative flair with a passion for ideas and innovative thinking
