Job Description
CAA is seeking an assistant to support a Business Affairs executive in the Creators and Media & Entertainment Partnerships departments. This role will provide administrative support and assist with special projects.
Requirements
- Law experience or pursuing law degree preferred
- Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to be flexible with work hours
- Strong organizational and communication skills; written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong professional interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality is a must
- Must be solutions oriented
- Computer literate (PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and strong working knowledge of Excel)
