Senior Account Director will lead the day-to-day account teams of key brand consulting clients, focusing on Olympics partnerships, and develop strategic vision based on brand objectives.
Requirements
- At least 10-12+ years of experience in negotiating and managing Olympic partnerships
- Ability to travel and be on-site at events
- Experience managing others, including conducting performance reviews
- Strong fiscal approach with excellent budget management and forecasting skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with key stakeholders
- Proven strategic development and stakeholder management/influencing skills
- Strong market and industry knowledge and presence
- Proven thought leader
- Ability to balance and progress multiple projects and project components at one time, often within tight timelines
