Job Description
Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Sourcing & Insights Leader, Sr. Manager to join its Recruitment Strategy & Operations team. The role involves developing and executing global sourcing strategies, identifying and engaging top talent, and providing labor market insights to support strategic hiring. The Sourcing & Insights Leader will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to attract high-caliber talent to CAA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience
- Proven experience developing and executing global sourcing strategies
- Skilled in using sourcing and labor market analysis tools and ATS platforms
- Knowledge of new sourcing technologies with an added emphasis on AI in sourcing processes
