Creative Chaos is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound SDR to manage all incoming sales inquiries.
Requirements
- Respond Promptly to inbound leads (within defined SLAs).
- Conduct Initial Outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS.
- Schedule Meetings between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy by logging all activities, notes, and lead dispositions in Hubspot.
- Nurture Cold Leads who aren’t ready to buy yet—add them to follow-up cadences or hand-off to marketing.
- Monitor and Triage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries.
- Collaborate Closely with AEs to ensure a seamless handoff and calendar alignment.
- Provide Feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and recurring patterns.
