A Technical Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within a company, leading teams and overseeing software development projects.
Requirements
- Manage projects with top-down oversight
- Develop comprehensive project plans
- Monitor project progress and report on measurable items
- Communicate proactively with involved personnel
- Analyze economics of project plans
- Review proposed modifications on project plans
- Implementing Agile based methodologies
- Managing and leading a team of software developers, SQAs and designers
- Anticipate details of future projects
- Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field
- 8 - 12 years of software development work experience
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience of implementing at least one Agile Framework
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent
- Experience of working in an offshore software development environment
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
