We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition department and help us grow our Talent teams. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, and help build a strong tech talent pipeline.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
