Creative Strategist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team at Creative Dreams by barkerz. As a Performance Creative Agency, we focus on creating the best performer creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. We are a fast-growing and motivated team that works 100% data-driven, structured, and incredibly creative.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience with Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads
• Experience in the agency environment, project management, and independent leadership of customers
• Leadership of small teams (at least 2-3 people)
• Ability to create a copy strategy, research, and target group thinking
• Analytical and strategic thinking into target groups
• Familiarity with ads managers of the platforms Meta and TikTok
