Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with paid social ads on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok
- Open, clear, and excellent communication with customers
- Mastering the Meta Business Manager functions
- Analytical and strategic thinking deep in target groups
- Experience in leading small teams (min. 2-3 people)
- Structured work and ability to create a clear testing strategy
