Job Description
We're seeking a Junior AI Video Creator to help us accelerate our content engine, transforming concepts into polished, cinematic video assets at scale, leveraging AI tools and video editing skills to maintain a high output of videos per day without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- Leverage text-to-video and image-to-video tools to generate raw visual assets
- Stitch, trim, and edit AI-generated clips into cohesive 15–60 second narratives for social platforms
- Perform 'Human-in-the-Loop' polishing to fix glitchy frames, awkward transitions, or AI physics errors
- Integrate AI-generated voiceovers and sound design to create immersive audio-visual experiences
- Optimize content for various aspect ratios and platform-specific engagement hooks
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across a high volume of daily deliverables
- Experiment with and implement new AI tools and workflows as they emerge in the landscape
- Establish KPIs for videos. Monitor for latency, cost, and output quality, continuously refining prompts to improve performance over time
