Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through quality and food safety standards, leading the development of quality staff, and upholding state, federal, and local regulations.
Requirements
- Perform environmental plant swabbing
- Monitor oven time and temperatures
- Inspect incoming pre-printed packaging
- Perform belt/glass & brittle plastic inspections
- Responsible for leadership development and strategies to strengthen succession planning
- Establish and monitor overall plant performance for quality standards
- Oversee QA Tech scheduling
- Perform QA equipment calibrations
- Perform training of new QA employees
- Perform testing of finished product and equipment
- Perform security checks
- Perform Micro-Sample collection when needed
