Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a Full-Time or Part Time Physical Therapist to provide quality, patient-centered care in their Assisted Living facilities. The role involves a clinical team approach, patient evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with nursing staff and patient families. This position focuses on functional improvement and independence, safety, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy
- Current license/certification in the state of practice
- Five years of direct practice experience
- Demonstrated competency in identified areas of specialization
