Associate of Science in OT assistant program, valid license/eligibility in the state, and at least 1 year of rehabilitation experience
Physical Therapist Consistent PRN Premium Rate
Master's degree & 5 yrs PRN experience. Current license/certification & 1+ yr rehab experience. Excellent communication skills. Computer proficiency
Physical Therapist Full Time or Part Time
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in PT, 5 yrs of direct practice, and current licensure. Specialization required and minimum 1 yr of rehab experience
Physical Therapist Assistant Premium rate consistent PRN
Associate's degree in PT Assist. Current license/eligibility for state/national PT APT membership needed. 1+ year rehabilitation experience preferred
