Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate PRN Physical Therapist for the Indianapolis area to provide consistent, high-quality care to patients in an Assisted Living setting. The therapist will manage patient treatment plans, assist patients, and contribute to a supportive interdisciplinary team. This is a full-time, on-site position. They emphasize continuous training and a patient-centered approach.
Requirements
- Review patient information and evaluate patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Record patient progress in the patient record.
- Review and update treatment plans.
- Assist in the referral process.
