Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Part-Time or consistent PRN at a Premium Rate for their Assisted Living Facilities in South Bend and Mishawaka, IN. They offer client-centered care, flexible schedules, and competitive pay. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients through therapy, managing care and delegating tasks to AAs under supervision. They emphasize a therapist-owned company operating under a Quality Improvement process.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and five years of direct practice experience.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated competency in identified areas of specialization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adequate computer skills.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
