Job Description
The Batch Mixer is responsible for the precise melting and mixing of ingredients such as chocolate, peanut butter, oils, and powders, while maintaining sanitation and hygiene of all enrobing rooms and line equipment.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow strict protocols and procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude
- Basic problem-solving skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, written and verbally
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload
- Ability to read, write and understand English work instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
