Job Description
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and setting up of production machinery and mechanical equipment. Performs corrective and preventive maintenance, focusing on maintaining desirable production and quality levels with maximum safety standards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) preferred
- Experience in food environment preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to perform technical skills including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines
- Welding, fabrication, and machining skills preferred
- Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to use a handheld tablet
- Ability to learn the CMMS used at CW (ManagerPlus)
