Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Production Manager in maintaining a positive work environment, training employees, and ensuring safety and efficiency on the production floor. The position directly supervises the entire Production floor workforce during their shift.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
