Job Description
Maintains quality standards by leading QC Technicians on the production floor and performing designated higher level tasks during their shift. Inspects and approves all line clearances, dry cleans, and full sanitations during their shift. Trains new QC Technicians to perform hourly QC checks, CCP verifications, receiving, and all other aspects of the QC Technician’s job.
Requirements
- Computer literacy with tablets (such as iPads or other touch screen technology)
- General math skills
- Ability to read and write English
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-3 years related food quality experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
