Job Description
The Sanitation Lead is responsible for leading production changeovers, maintaining sanitation of equipment and areas, and training employees on effective sanitation practices. The position requires leadership experience, knowledge of sanitation principles, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic sanitation principals, allergen program, and preventing foodborne illness
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required
- Experience in a manufacturing facility that produces food or nutrition products highly preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
