Senior Architect, Software Engineering

As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, estimating, and executing technology implementation projects for our clients, and mentor and develop team members, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the industry or technology consulting
• 40% of time spent actively developing code
• Passion for technology and up-to-date knowledge on the latest application development technologies and trends
• Deep understanding of multiple technology development stacks across UX, middle tier, and database platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda)
• Experience with DevOps and automation tools (CI/CD platforms, infrastructure as code tools, cloud-native APIs, testing automation tools, data automation tools)
• Incorporation of AI tooling efficiencies and code assistance tooling in everyday workflows
• Accomplished at mentoring, leading, and developing others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle complex organizational dynamics
• Business development skills and ability to develop business cases and justifications
• Experience with advanced AI projects (agentic AI workflows, ML-powered decision engines, custom chatbots)
