Engineering Manager, Android

Credit Genie is a mobile-first financial wellness platform that leverages artificial intelligence to provide personalized insights and is building a financial ecosystem. As the Engineering Manager for our Android team, you’ll lead a talented group of engineers building and continuously improving our Android apps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing mobile engineering teams of 5 or more
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping native Android applications in production
• Experience building and operating mission-critical mobile applications at scale, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and release safety
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex projects
• Experienced in mentoring future leaders and growing talent
