Branch Support Teller

The Branch Support Teller is responsible for training new tellers, providing operational support to assigned branches, and delivering outstanding service to internal and external members.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months or more related operational experience in a financial institution environment or equivalent preferred.
• Must have basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing two-digit numbers.
• Must be able to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, guests, vendors, and the general public.
