Job Description
Delivers member value through telephone communication and serves as a primary contact point for members' new account requests. Demonstrates a highly motivated, positive, out-going, influential personality with a strong emphasis on sales and results orientation to ensure the credit union maximizes lending and new account and sales opportunities with members who apply for over the phone.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of work-related experience
- Lending and/or banking experience
