Job description
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our team. The position is initially limited to 2 years with the prospect of an unlimited takeover. Our team is passionate and communicative, working together to take recruiting to the next level.
Supporting the entire recruiting process from job posting to hiring, creating and publishing job ads, active sourcing of candidates, pre-selection of applications, and conducting initial telephone interviews.
You will actively develop and strengthen our employer brand through various channels and measures. You will have the opportunity to study alongside work and receive regular feedback discussions.
